Illegal immigration is a very sensitive issue politically, socially and economically.  We understand that there are strong, valid and passionate opinions concerning this topic.  At Cause For Christ, our efforts are focused on the humanitarian aspect of this issue.  According to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website, it is estimated that as many as as 40.3 million people world-wide are trapped in various forms of slavery.  Human trafficking includes coerced commercial sex-work, domestic servitude, forced prison-like factory work, involuntary agricultural work and even forced marriages.  When victims of human trafficking are rescued by law enforcement agencies in the U.S., often they go into a temporary holding and processing facility with nothing but the clothes on their backs.  These facilities may provide them with a bed and a meal, but little else.  We help provide care packages which include basic hygiene products.  On many occasions, a Bible in their language is also provided.  Please click the donate button below to help fund this cause.
